Jawar Bhakari with methi bhaaji is my all time favorite maharashrian thaali. This dish is famous in village area. It tastes awesome when eaten with pithla , kaanda, thecha. My mom used to make this recipe on Sundays as she used to be busy on Saunday and this recipe is simple, easy to make and tastes really special. My grandma asked her to made the masala on pata warwanta (sil batta) when she has to prepare with it. And the taste is never comparable with the masala paste made in mixer.
Bhakari is very healthy food. Its easy to digest. I also Love to eat smashed bhakari with a bowl of milk and 2 spoon sugar on it. I have shown the picture of masala mirchi with it. Actually my mom has made that dried masala mirchi at home during my summer vacation. We can preserve that masala mirchi for many days I can say more than 3-4 months. we just have to fry it in few amount of oil that set. Its very tasty.....
