Number 4 - Sallah would be black

Number 5 - Marian would be gay, no love story with Indy...unless Indy is with Allah

Number 6 - Belloq would be British, not French, and he would be smoking a cigar not a hooka, or he'd be a very capable woman

Number 7 - Alfred Molina in the beginning would not betray Indy, he would just get killed

Number 8 - Every confrontation with Indy would involve his whip, NO GUN, thus fewer deaths, just like in the Crystal Skull
