Selamat pagi teman-teman Steemian, apa kabarnya hari ini ? Semoga baik-baik saja ya! Hari Senin saya mulai kembali kegiatan saya menulis postingan resep masakan di Steemit dikarenakan kesibukan saya menjalani aktivitas sehari-hari.
Pagi ini saya ingin memasak tumis sawi putih campur ikan teri. Resepnya sebagai berikut :
Tumis Sawi Campur Teri :
Bahan-bahan :
- 250 gram sawi putih, potong-potong sesuai selera, cuci
- 1 genggam ikan teri, cuci, belah menjadi dua bagian
- 2 buah cabai merah, iris miring (jumlah cabai bisa ditambah jika suka pedas)
- 2 siung bawang putih, iris tipis
- 1 lembar daun salam
- Garam dan bumbu penyedap rasa secukupnya
- 2 sendok makan kecap manis
- 1 gelas air matang
- Minyak goreng secukupnya
Cara Membuatnya :
- Panaskan minyak goreng dalam wajan. Tumis bawang putih, cabai dan daun salam sampai harum. Aduk rata.
- Masukkan sawi putih yang sudah dipotong-potong, aduk rata.
- Tuang air matang dan masak sampai sawi layu.
- Masukkan ikan teri, aduk perlahan.
- Beri garam dan bumbu penyedap rasa secukupnya, aduk rata.
- Tuang kecap manis sambil diaduk hingga tercampur rata.
- Masak sampai bumbu meresap.
- Angkat pindahkan tumis sawi ke dalam mangkul saji.
- Tumis sawi putih campur ikan teri siap dihidangkan dengan nasi putih.

Good morning Steemian friends, how are you today? Hope it's alright, huh! On Monday I started my activities again writing posts on Steemit recipes because of my busy daily activities.
This morning I want to cook sauteed mustard mixed with anchovy. The recipe is as follows :
Saute Chicory Mixed With Anchovies
Ingredients :
- 250 grams of chicory, cut into pieces according to taste, washing
- 1 handful of anchovy, wash, split into two parts
- 2 red chili, sliced slices (the amount of chili can be added if you like it spicy)
- 2 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt and flavoring taste to taste
- 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
- 1 cup of boiled water
- Right amount of oil
How to make :
- Heat cooking oil in a skillet. Saute garlic, chili and bay leaves until fragrant. Stir well.
- Enter the white mustard which has been cut into pieces, mix well.
- Pour boiled water and cook until the mustard withers.
- Add anchovy, stir gently.
- Give salt and flavoring to taste, mix well.
- Pour sweet soy sauce while stirring until evenly mixed.
- Cook until the spices soak.
- Lift the sauteed mustard into the serving bowl.
- Saute white cabbage mixed with anchovy is ready to be served with white rice.
