This menu is usually served at weddings, circumcision apostles and other events.
But this menu is also much cooked at home as a side dish of rice for each family.

The main ingredient.


  • 1/2 kg of mutton that has been chopped and cleansed.


  • 1 kg of pumpkin water cut to taste.


  • 2 liters of coconut milk.
  • 10 gr cook oil.
  • 2 pieces of pandan leaves.
  • 10 curry leaves
  • 2 seeds of cloves.
  • 2 cm cinnamon.
  • 3 cassava beans.
  • salt to taste.
  • 1 juice of lime juice.

Igredients mashed


  • 15 pieces of dried chili.
  • 5 onion cloves.
  • 3 cloves of garlic.
  • 2 segments of ginger.
  • 1 tablespoon coriander.
  • 1 tablespoon fennel.
  • 1/4 fruit of fried coconut.

How ​​to cook.


  • take the meat of the goat that has been cleaned and chopped, give lime juice and salt water.
  • then take the mashed ingredients mixed with goat meat.
  • then prepare the oil into the pan then heat.
  • then stir-fry 2 cloves of red onion, pandan leaves, curry leaves, cinnamon, cloves and kaskas until fragrant.


  • after that enter the goat meat and seasoning that has been mixed both, give 1/2 coconut milk from the prepared and wait until 40 minutes until the meat goat is almost tender.


  • then put the pumpkin, salt and 1/2 coconut fruit that was left was waiting until 20 minutes until pumpkin and mutton perfectly cooked.


  • if the coconut milk has dried and goat meat is also tender, turn off the fire and immediately serve with rice.

Sahabat steemians, hari ini saya ingin berbagi cara mengolah daging kambing dan buah labu air yang enak yaitu Kari Kambing dengan Buah Labu Air

Menu ini biasanya disajikan dalam acara pesta perkawinan, sunat rasul dan acara- acara lainnya.
Namun menu ini juga banyak dimasak dirumah sebagai lauk makan nasi untuk keluarga masing- masing.

Nah, apa sahabat pernah mencoba memasaknya dirumah? Bila belum, segera dicoba sahabat..pasti enak dan lezat.

Cara memasaknya juga tidak terlalu sulit.Jadi, sahabat bisa mempraktekkan langsung dirumah.

Dan inilah resep dan cara memasak kari daging kambing dan buah labu yang enak.


Bahan utama.


  • 1/2 kg daging kambing yang sudah di cincang dan dibersihkan.

  • 1 kg buah labu air dipotong sesuai selera.

  • 2 liter santan kelapa.
  • minyak goreng 10 gr.
  • 2 lembar daun pandan.
  • 1 tangkai daun kari.
  • 2 biji cengkeh.
  • 2 cm kayu manis.
  • 3 biji kaskas.
  • garam secukupnya.
  • 1 buah air perasan jeruk nipis.

Bahan yang dihaluskan.


  • 15 buah cabe kering.
  • 5 siung bawang merah.
  • 3 siung bawang putih.
  • 2 ruas jahe.
  • 1 sendok makan ketumbar.
  • 1 sendok makan adas.
  • 1/4 buah kelapa goreng.

Cara memasak.


  • ambil daging kambing yang sudah dibersihkan dan dicincang, berikan perasan air jeruk nipis dan garam.
  • kemudian ambil bahan yang sudah dihaluskan campurkan dengan daging kambing.
  • lalu siapkan minyak kedalam wajan lalu panaskan.
  • kemudian tumis 2 siung bawang merah, daun pandan, daun kari, kayu manis, cengkeh dan kaskas sampai harum.

  • setelah itu masukkan daging kambing dan bumbu yang sudah tercampur keduanya, berikan 1/2 santan dari yang disiapkan dan tunggu sampai 40 menit hingga daging kambing hampir empuk.

  • kemudian masukkan buah labu, garam dan 1/2 santan yang sisa tadi tunggu sampai 20 menit hingga labu dan daging kambing matang dengan sempurna.

  • jika santan sudah mengering dan daging kambing juga labu sudah empuk, matikan api dan segera hidangkan bersama nasi.
