Technological advances have the potential to make students quickly satisfied with the knowledge they gain, so as to regard what they get from the internet or this technology is the most correct and complete knowledge. Therefore, the quality of teachers who are empty of technology will not be able to instill "critical power" to students to become revolutionary human beings. So they are hampered to explore his potential. In response, teachers should not stutter technology (gaptek) and should always try to motivate themselves in the world of technology. Support from various circles is also very needed by the teacher. Particularly protection and welfare gained from the government, will make teachers become more professional in meeting the needs of students in the increasing availability of facilities and infrastructure.

The development of Indonesia's national education gained new strength and enthusiasm with the enactment of Law No. 20 of 2003 on the national education system. The adoption of the law brings consequences and implications for education, including teachers. The strength and spirit of the implementation of education is also increasing with the enactment of Law No. 14 of 2005 on teachers and lecturers.
Protection for teachers is a law order. In law, professional protection, safety protection, occupational health, and IPR (Intellectual Property Rights). Legal protection includes protection against acts of violence, threats, intimidation, discriminatory treatment and unfair treatment of learners, parents of learners, bureaucratic society, or other parties. Professional protection includes protection against termination of employment that is not in accordance with laws and regulations. Unreasonable rewards, restrictions on the delivery of views, harassment of professions, restrictions or other restrictions that may hinder teachers in performing their duties, as well as obstacles to carrying out further studies.

Master is a profession that is vital in education. Teachers are the implementers of education and learning. Without teachers, both learning objectives and educational processes will be difficult to achieve. But being a teacher is not an easy task.
