happiness is something that must be possessed by humans, because it is a trait that can nourish the physical and spiritual man himself, many people find it difficult to get happiness due to too focused in a particular mission on his own work, this causes the stress prolonged due to lack of vacation or refreshing in their lives.
in 2 months I keep doing the holiday, this is so that I keep myself from excessive stress that can cause frustration. frustration is something that can encourage a person to change moods down which results in depression resulting in suicide, lack of vitality, and other psychological diseases.
healthy life it needs refreshing because healthy is expensive, today is very difficult to get a happiness, due to the demands on the job, therefore, we need a vacation to improve the quality of life.
