CARA MEMBUAT IKAN PEPES

Selamat siang guys .
Saya mau berbagi resep makanan nih, makanan yang proses pembuatan yang cukup sederhana tetapi hasilnya sangat lezat.

Pertama kali memang resep masakan Indonesia ini memang diciptakan untuk Resep Pepes Ikan Tongkol, Pepes Ikan kembung, Pepes Ikan Mas dan jenis ikan lainnya. Hampir semua jenis ikan bisa dibuat dengan bumbu pepes.

Walaupun cara membuat Resep Pepes Ikan cukup sederhana dan mudah, bukan berarti hasil akhirnya juga rasanya sederhana. Kalau masalah citarasa, Resep Masakan Pepes dengan bahan ikan ini tidak kalah lezat dibandingkan resep ikan yang lainnya. Tentu saja, selain lezat, resep ikan pepes juga banyak mengandung vitamin, zat besi dan protein hewani yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh tubuh kita. Perpaduan bumbu rempah dan bungkusan daun pisang dengan cara dikukus selain memberikan cita rasa khas bumbu pepes, membuat bumbu meresap sampai kedalam daging ikan, mempertahankan kandungan gizi supaya tidak rusak seperti kalau saat ikan digoreng juga berguna sekali untuk mengurangi kadar kolesterol di tubuh kita.

Bahan-bahannya adalah :

Siapkan ikan apa saja yang ingin kalian buat pepes , salah satunya ikan kembung yang bisa dijadikan pepes. Dicuci hingga bersih . Setelah itu Lumuri bagian luar tubuh ikan setelah proses pencucian dengan air jeruk nipis dan sedikit garam untuk membantu menghilangkan bau amis khas ikannya.

Penyedap rasa secukupnya kurang lebih sebanyak 1 sendok kecil. Bisa dihilangkan kalau tidak suka dan diganti dengan menabahkan garam dan gula pasir.

Daun pisang yang utuh dan segar secukupnya. Jangan lupa bersihkan kedua permukaan daunnya lalu panaskan sebentar di atas api sampai agak layu (dengan cara digeser diatas api, jangan sampai gosong) supaya mudah saat dibungkus nantinya.

• Cabai Rawit merah sesuai pedas yang anda inginkan (sesuai selera).Cuci bersih sebelum digunakan.

• Kunyit ukuran sedang besar kurang lebih sepanjang 3 ruas jari orang dewasa. Cuci bersih bagian luarnya, kupas kasar lalu iris iris.

• Bawang merah ukuran sedang besar kurang lebih sebanyak 14 siung. 4 pcs untuk bumbu halusnya dan 10 pcs dikupas lalu di iris tipis tipis.

• Bawang putih ukuran sedang besar kurang lebih sebanyak 5 pcs. Kupas kulitnya lalu 2 siung dihaluskan untuk bumbu halus.

• satu lagi agar bumbunya lebih terasa berikan belimbing yang telah dijemur atau yang sering di sebut orang aceh adalah asam sunti , berikan secukupnya sesuai selera.

CARA MEMBUAT :

• setelah ikan yang akan digunakan dibersihkan sampai benar benar bersih, lumuri seluruh bagian ikan dengan campuran air jeruk nipis dan garam dapur beryodium sampai semua bagian ikan tertutupi sempurna. Biarkan dan diamkan sebentar supaya bau amis khas ikannya hilang.

Siapkan panci atan dandang atau teman teman juga bisa menggunakan panci presto supaya daging benar benar lunak sampai kedalamnya. Masukkan air secukupnya atau kurang lebih sebanyak 2 liter dan tambahkan sedikit minyak sayur ke dalamnya (kurang lebih sebanyak 2 sendok saja).

Hidupkan dengan api sedang kecil sampai air mendidih lalu masukkan bungkusan daun pisang yang berisi pepes ikannya. Tutup dan kukus sampai matang atau kurang lebih selama satu jam.

Setelah matang, buka kukusan dan biarkan uap airnya keluar semua lalu ambil bungkusan Resep Pepes Ikan kembungnya Taruh di piring hidangan dan santap dengan nasi .
