Musim panas gini enaknya makan yang seger-seger ya. Kali ini saya bakal share cara membuat mie rebus medan. Gimana membuatnya dan bahan bahanya. Yuk langsung aja

Bahan isi :

150 g mie kuning medan
50 g kentang
60 g tahu
40 g kerupuk merah
40 g tauge besar
10 g daun bawang, iris tipis
10 g daun seledri
10 g bawang goreng

Bahan Bakwan udang, aduk rata, goreng matang dan potong dadu :

200 g tepung terigu
100 g udang cincang
1 sdt garam
30 g daun bawang
20 g daun seledri
1 butir telur

Bahan kaldu :

Minyak untuk menumis
500 ml air
200 g udang cincang
1 sdt lada
2 sdt gula pasir
2 sdm tepung maizena
50 ml kecap manis
50 ml kecap asin
2 sdt garam

Bumbu kaldu, haluskan :

100 g bawang merah
50 g bawang putih
30 g jahe
30 g kemiri

Cara membuat :

  • Kaldu: panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum, angkat. Rebus air bersama udang hingga mendidih. Masukkan bumbu halus ke dalam kaldu udang, aduk rata. Masukkan sisa bahan dan tambahkan maizena untuk mengentalkan kuah. Angkat.
  • Penyajian : siapkan mangkuk saji. Susun bahan isi dan bakwan udang di dalamnya. Siram dengan kaldu panas.

How to make :
