Lhoksukon - The impact of eruption of volcanic eruption of Mount Sinabung, Tanah Karo Regency, North Sumatra, up to the ashes spread by wind to some areas in Aceh Province.

Demi Kesehatan Warga, TNI Bagikan Masker Lhoksukon – Dampak erupsi vulkanik letusan Gunung Sinabung, Kabupaten Tanah Karo, Sumatera Utara, hingga abunya menyebar terbawa angin sampai ke beberapa wilayah di Provinsi Aceh.
Atas pencemaran udara dari abu vulkanik letusan Gunung Sinabung tersebut, Tentara Nasional Indonesia (TNI) yang ada di berbagai daerah Provinsi Aceh, bergerak cepat membagi-bagikan Masker penutup hidung dan mulut kepada masyarakat yang melintas guna untuk mencegah dari debu yang berterbangan dibawa angin akan bahayanya terhadap kesehatan warga selama beraktivitas di luaran rumah.
Selain itu, hampir seluruh daerah di Wilayah Provinsi Aceh yang terdekat dari Tanah Karo seperti Aceh Tenggara, Gayo Lues, Subulussalam, Aceh Selatan, dan beberapa daerah lainnya dipastikan juga berdampak semburan debu vulkanik yang diterbangkan angin pada malam hari.
Sementara itu, diketahui abu vulkanik mencapai hingga ke Wilayah provinsi Aceh, sekitar pukul 19.00 Wib, terlihat jelas dengan memutihnya diantaranya benda-benda yang berada diluar rumah seperti kendaraan hingga terlihat jelas dari cahaya sinaran lampu kendaraan yang terpncar dan lain sebagainya.
Diketahui bersama, erupsi gunung Sinabung cukup besar, namun belum ada informasi yang dihimpun dari pihak PVMBG bahwa adanya penambahan pengungsi maupun korban, walaupun semburan awas panas akibat erupsi gunung api menyebar hingga 4,9 km ke arah Selatan, 3,5 km ke arah Timur dan Tenggara gunung, hanya penyebaran debu vulkanik yang ke arah Barat sesuai arah tiupan angin saat itu.
