Selamat malam steemian. Malam ini @mjnona ingin berbagi tips membuat pudding black forest coklat. Pudding ini cocok disajikan dalam acara-acara penting seperti pernikahan,pertunangan, bahkan ulang tahun, karena bentuknya yang indah dan rasanya yang lezat. Cara membuatnya ada dibawah ini:
Bahan-bahan:
40 gram coklat bubuk
5 sdm gula pasir
2 sdm pasta black forest
2 bungkus agar-agar bubuk putih
80 gram dark cooking chocolate (diserut halus)
500 gram susu kental manis
2 butir telur (pisahkan kuning & putihnya)
1400 ml air
toping:
cerry
Selai strawberry
whipcream kocok
coklat serut
Langkah:
-Cairkan susu kental manis dengan air. Ambil 400 ml susu cair (sisihkan).
-Campur sisa susu cair dengan satu setengah bungkus agar-agar, 3 sendok makan gula, coklat bubuk dan coklat serut. (Masak dengan api kecil sambil diaduk sampai coklat mencair dan adonan mendidih).
-Ambil 1 sendok sayur adonan agar -agar , kemudian masukkan kedalam kuning telur yang sudah dikocok lepas (aduk rat),masukkan kembali ke dalam adonan agar coklat, didihkan lagi sebentar, matikan api,masukkan 1 sendok makan pasta black forest (aduk rata).
-Tuang adonan agar coklat kedalam cup-cup puding,kurang lebih 1/3 dari tinggi cup (Biarkan agak dingin).
-Campur 400 ml susu cair yang telah kita sisihkan tadi dengan 1/2 bks agar-agar bubuk, 2 sendok makan gula, aduk rata,masak sampai mendidih. Matikan api, masukkan 1 sdm pasta black forest (Sisihkan).
-Kocok putih telur hingga kaku. Lalu masukkan adonan agar-agar sedikit demi sedikit sambil terus dikocok. Tuang adonan busa diatas adonan agar-agar coklat. Biarkan permukaannya agak keras.
-Tuang sisa adonan agar-agar coklat diatas adonan busa. Lalu biarkan dingin. Setelah dingin, hias puding dengan whipcream, coklat serut, cerry dan selai strawberry.
-Puding siap dihidangkan.
