How to Cook Simple Japchae / Cara Memasak Japchae Sederhana

Good afternoon steemit friends. Hopefully always in good condition. Steemians, today I will share recipes and how to make a simple japchae.

For vegetables lovers must love it,because in this japchae there are several types of vegetables are fresh and delicious. Well just look at the below for recipes and how to make a simple japchae of my version.



Simple Japchae

Ingredients :

  • 100 gr shrimp (clean)
  • 200 g of broccoli
  • 2 carrots
  • 100 gram of white cabbage
  • 50 gr beans
  • 5 pieces of young corn
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 stem of lemongrass
  • 2 lbr leaves
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 100 ml of water
  • 5 tablespoons vegetable oil.


Ground spices :

  • 2 Spring onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tomato.
  • 2 pieces of red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper


Steps:

  • Saute onions, bay leaves and also lemongrass until fragrant.

  • Enter the spice and shrimp finely stir briefly.

  • Enter All vegetables, except broccoli and white mustard leaves, then add water.

  • After 3 minutes enter the remaining vegetables.

  • Last enter salt, leek and celery, vavour correction and cook until done.

  • My simple japchae finished... 😘


Tip: In order for broccoli to remain green after cooking, enter the broccoli that has been cut into boiling water was given salt. Cook 1 minute.

Untuk pecinta sayur pasti sangat suka karena pada japchae ini didalamnya terdapat beberapa jenis sayur yang segar dan enak. Baiklah langsung saja lihat kebawah untuk resep dan cara membuat japchae sederhana versi buatan saya.



Japchae Sederhana

Bahan-bahan :

  • 100 gr udang ( bersihkan)
  • 200 gr brokoli
  • 2 buah Wortel
  • 100 gr sawi putih
  • 50 gr buncis
  • 5 buah jagung muda
  • 1 batang daun bawang
  • 1 tangkai seledri
  • 1 batang sereh
  • 2 lbr daun salam
  • 1 sdm Garam
  • 100 ml air
  • 5 sdm minyak sayur


Bumbu halus :

  • 2 siung bawang merah
  • 2 siung bawang putih
  • 1 buah tomat.
  • 2 buah cabe merah
  • 1/2 sdt lada


Langkah :

  • Tumis bawang, daun salam dan juga sereh sampai harum.

  • Masukkan bumbu halus dan udang aduk sebentar.

  • Masukkan Semua sayur, kecuali brokoli dan daun sawi putih, kemudian tambahkan air.

  • Setelah 3 menit masukkan sisa sayur.

  • Terakhir masukkan garam, dain bawang dan seledri, koreksi rasa dan masak sampai matang.

  • Selesai japchae sederhana saya... 😘


Tips : Agar brokoli tetap hijau setelah dimasak, masukkan brokoli yang sudah dipotong kedalam air mendidih yang diberi garam. Masak sekitar 1 menit.)
