Pesan Ilmu Tasawuf Kitab Nashaihul 'Ibad.

عَلَيْكُمْ بِمُجَالَسَةِ الْعُلَمَاءِ وَاسْتِمَاعِ كَلَامِ الْحُكَمَاءِ فَإنَّ اللهَ تَعَالَى يُحْيِى الْقَلْبَ الْمَيِّتَ بِنُوْرِ الْحِكْمَةِ كَمَا يُحْيِى الْاَرْضَ الْمَيِّتَةَ بِمَاءِ الْمَطَرِ.

Syeikh al-Hafiz Ibnu Hajar al-Asqalani berkata :

Rasulullah SAW bersabda " Hendaklah kalian berkumpul dengan ulama dan mendengarkan ucapan hukama ( orang shaleh ), karena Allah akan menghidupkan jiwa yang mati dengan cahaya hikmah ( ilmu yang bermanfaat ), sebagaimana Allah menumbuhkan (pepohonan) tanah yang gersang dengan air hujan ".

Rasulullah SAW said "Let ye gather with the clerics and listen to the words of hukama (the righteous), for Allah will revive the soul that died with the light of wisdom (useful science), as Allah cultivates (trees) arid land with rain water".
