I just have been approach by an IT Recruiter asking me to send Candidates to InfoJobs rather than he himself processing them at the level of invites.
This finding show that not every recruiter is really using LinkedIn to process candidates. The use LinkedIn to run their Marketing, but they process the data at other Portals: Thing which is non sense to me, since he is violating Networking Principles.
My response was that I don´t work for creating traffic to InfoJobs as de declined to process the invites.
If a Job Post come from a real source and send to me, I will blast it through my Network, but Candidates must be processed at the level of invites.
Why? Because I walk as I talk. Everything I do is in line with my own philosophy of things & tools
