This is an awesome video to watch and the channel has some really fascinating information on wildlife which I was unaware of.
The presenter starts by taking a sting from the bullet ant and according to Justin Schmidt's Insect Pain index the bullet ant is rated at 4 in the pain index 4 being the most painful. He then shows the effect of Sting-Kill an ointment applied to the sting area, for any topical ointment which soothes that amount of pain given by a bullet ant gets my vote.
May be a useful thing to have if you intend on travelling or even in the first aid box.
