Will You avoid this question:  What is the "Next level?"  We have no power here, but for the psychopaths, genetically incapable of feeling caring, compassion, love, or empathy for Others, no remorse for the the actions They choose.  They are in control, They have the power, and the rest of Us struggle to make a comfortable life within Their constraints.  So Let's not pretend that We all have power - at this "level" (whatever that means).

I have no clue about this "fragility."  I read Your vague description and still have no idea what You are on about.  Perhaps You can give something concrete, and then I can answer this question.
