But it’s Amazon banning the book, the government is not making it illegal. Amazon is a private company and as long as they are not breaking the law they can decide what to sell and what not to.

When looking at the wider scope of events and timing, as well as their near monopoly online, this is as egregious as a government enforcing its own monopoly on the citizenry. In fact, this is being done with government approval.

I know the libertarian arguments, good luck selling your next book outside of Amazon. Their market position makes it damn near impossible to monetise a book without them. Even Vox Day had a panic attack when they banned his account.

This is actually worse. The ideology behind this (submission to Islam) is covert and hidden. Nazi intentions were well explained and made clear in Mein Kampf.

I am not arguing that point. I mean look at what Christianity did to Europe, this is no different. The Nazis, however, were a political party in power of the government, not a corporation.
