It seems that something is happening in free speech when according to a Freedom Outpost article that is titled "CA Judge: Twitter Can Be Sued For Falsely Advertising They Allow Free Speech". and written by Mac Slavo. The one thing that is for sure is it is not in the end going to be good for free speech. That is just my thoughts on this any ways. The very first claim made in the article is what the Judge said:
The judge said that Twitter’s policy of banning users “at any time, for any reason or for no reason” may constitute an “unconscionable contract” for a company which advertises free speech.

This is actually what the News Media have been doing for years.
“This ruling has massive implications for the platform going forward,” said Noah Peters, Jared Taylor’s lawyer. “this is the first time that a social media company’s argument that it can censor user speech has been rejected by a court.”

When I first read this my instincts told me that this applies to other social media like Facebook and YouTube. Why do I think this? Well how is it we know about what is going on in the world, but by this special social media club and Google. Sure enough I find out that my instincts are correct When I read:
Twitter employees have also been caught on camera boasting about their actions to keep conservatives and Trump supporters off the platform. They also, along with YouTube, have scrubbed videos that do not align with the government and mainstream media’s “official narrative” with regards to incidents such as the Parkland, Florida school shooting.

Still comes down to knowing the difference between legal and lawful. What one says in accordance with our right to free speech is always lawful but may not be legal - in most Crown countries. It then comes down to jurisdiction, whether the oppressors have jurisdiction over you to move an administrative "legal" claim against you for what has been said and we know that all "legal" claims removes our private rights - including our right to free speech.

Lawful is the bigger bubble jurisdiction. If it is not lawful it cannot be legal. One thing is for sure many of the officials around the world are not lawful. The thing is that each person has a personal Jurisdiction, which supersedes the de facto jurisdiction and that is exactly where they are not lawful, and criminal. The only thing to do is organize under common law. They are organized. It is high time the people be organized too.
