Learned how to shoot, accurately. I am a better shot now than then, but I did learn trigger protocol there.

A Girl is better served with Judo. It gives an advantage to her because she has a lower center of gravity, and the guy will think she has surrendered by letting him reach her. In truth she will be letting him come into Judo range. Judo uses the target's strength against them, and will put them on their back at a high rate of speed. We had some sweet things in that Judo class that were whistling death! :)

These others require strength, and weight she will not have.

sir smithlabs! yes that makes sense. I don't know anything about judo I guess.

Judo is balance and uses the others momentum, and or strength against him. Once balance is lost, you are going to fall, Judo just makes shure that you fall from the highest possible distance, at the greatest velocity that can be achieved!

If you do not know how to land, things break....

Well all you have to do is fall on your head and hope it's not an expensive floor that can be damaged.

Yes, need to do a good break fall; especially on a hard surface....

:)>

sir smithlabs! And what is a break fall? I suppose they have demonstrations of that on youtube?

Basically you absorb energy of a fall by slapping the ground just before impact. You can reduce a fall, by about 2/3, if you do it well!

whaaat??? that sounds hard to do! I guess I need to go to our favorite video place youtube and find some of these moves demonstrated.
