Quitting Coffee For Tea!

in informationwar •  7 years ago  (edited)

Word. I have basically quit coffee for tea as well, for similar reasons - I get waaay to jittery on coffee. I am pretty sure it also aggravates my eczema... uncertain, but I notice that when I comletely quit coffee, it correlated with my eczema on my hands getting better and much more manageable (WITHOUT needing any more prescription ointment!). I experimented by trying coffee again weeks later, and my eczema was worse within days. Good enough for me -- no more coffeeeez.

If you are looking for more ways to find more natural energy boosts, try matcha green tea. That is my current favorite. Also, learn about Moringa. I just got seeds for Moringa and am going to grow it on my balcony, apparently you can grow this plant just about anywhere, it is a natural energy and mood booster, and it is one of the most nutritionally complete plants out there and easy to add to many kinds of meals and dishes. I agree - grow it if you can ;D
Anyway - peace and cheers, thanks for sharing!
