California DWR fudging figures now (like in '17) and still keeping webcams offline...

Par for the course with these guys, but I just thought I'd give you the latest example, direct from their own website:

Day/date--time-elevation-AF stored--IN--OUT
03/31/2019 08:00 852.60 2,843,377 10,300 14,903
03/31/2019 09:00 852.60 2,843,377 10,189 14,167

Anyone care to explain how you can have almost 4000 CFS more inflows than outflows that past hour, and yet the AF stored (AF=Acre feet) and the water elevation stay exactly the same??

(Water pours down and outside the former path of the broken spillway...April, 2017.)

Of course, that's impossible, but DWR must be taking lessons in obfuscation and lying from CPS...

OH...and the webcams are STILL down, despite the fact the water level are now three feet higher (almost 853' now) than they say they'd be a week from now....and despite the fact they said they'd have them back up and operational during February.

BIG government = BIG lies.

Never forget it, and never doubt it...especially if you happen to live downstream from Oroville...
