By now everyone is aware that most social media platforms are going all out to silence conservative voices. Facebook keeps a dossier on all of its users and someone posted instructions how to download yours (do so at your own risk). After downloading mine I discovered that over 50% was stuff I had never heard of. Today I tried to share a post I wrote to discover that my account was suspended for 30 days for something that I not only didn't say, but something I wouldn't even think of saying!
Yesterday, @dwinblood and I had the pleasure of speaking with Dr. Jerome Corsi of InfoWars- he'll be coming to Steemit I believe... @jeromecorsi... In a video yesterday about Q Anon he spoke about the attempted censorship of conservative voices and encouraged everyone to flood social media with memes- a meme war- using tags like #InternetBillofRights, #MakeitRain, #Bringthe Thunder and #Boom. We will not be silenced! I'm going to start posting memes on Twitter and elsewhere... Remember, free speech is only valuable if you exercise it... Like Ted Nugent says the Left isn't our biggest enemy- it's apathy. Either get off your ass and do something or quit whining! We can only be put in the Left-wing gulag if we let them put us there!
It doesn't matter whether or not everyone agrees... what matters is that ideas make it into the free marketplace.
I'm 72 and my life is, for the mostpart over, but I have grandchildren and great-grandchildren... that's what I'm fighting for. I want to leave them a better world than I inherited... I believe the President is behind us...
It's time to turn up the heat... the choice is yours- are you going to sit on your ass and wait for somebody else to do it for you??? That's how the Deep State took over... everybody was busy watching football while their liberty was stolen by people that aren't lazy. You can say what you want about how crazy the left is- but they're not lazy... and they're counting on you to sit and whine while you're waiting on the president to save you... He needs our help. Not just by voting- MAKE YOURSELF HEARD!!!

I think it is at event horizon for the likes of google, Facebook, YouTube. They know they are becoming irrelevant and are trying to hold in. Obviously censorship of your users is not a good way to do it. Had a 2 conversations at work today specific about censorship, people looked at me like I had 2 heads.

Thomas Sowell is indeed a great man and a free thinker. With all the higher learning institutions he has been part of, one would think he would see things differently. He speaks truth on the matters of our day. We have to remain strong to make sure the downfall of other platforms do not infect Steemit.
