President Trump declares a national emergency; and the liberals immediately file suit!

Sixteen States are legally so ignorant, and so committed to liberal destruction of our Republic; that they are taking legal action against President Trump declaring an emergency on our southern border.

Now, when you take legal action against someone, one of the most important things to consider is: Will you win, closely followed by the cost of this win. UNLESS you are a liberal AG in a liberal state; then you file a lawsuit you KNOW you can not win, using taxpayers money, to protect liberal policies. These AGs are Supposed to be legal professionals; but the ONLY requirement for a national emergency, is that the sitting President decides that a state of emergency exists. He has done that, and informed the nation of that same emergency. They have no legal grounds for a lawsuit, unless they can prove that President Trump disagrees with himself, since no one else can be involved in this decision.

These states have filed suit for various reasons, but the primary reason is that the diversion of funds will remove money from the defense industry, and military bases in their states. Interesting that these same states have Representatives that voted against border security; and precipitated this very emergency! So they caused it, and now they are filing suit on President Trump who is fixing the problem!

Theses states have decided to file this un-winnable lawsuit:
California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, and Virginia

So the politicians controlling these states have decided to expend tax money for the sole purpose of delaying the construction of a security wall, to protect the very people that are paying these same taxes!

In this letter he said:

A nation that fails to control its borders cannot fulfill its most basic obligations to its citizens—physical safety, economic security, essential public services, and the uniform protection of our laws.

At the same time, President Trump is fighting to do his Legal Job, the liberals are stepping outside the Law, and committing treason, by assisting uncontrolled invasion of our country . They have gone so far as to provide welcome centers and medical aid centers for an invading population, who have no interest in ever becoming legal immigrants! They wish only to drain our nation of as much capital as possible, and then return home.

Maybe it is time to sue Pelosi and Schumer for the felonies they commit, to force them to actually DO the jobs they were elected to do, and swore they would do!
