The tenth prompt for #inktober is "nomadic." I decided to draw a covered wagon as I remember from my youth that covered wagons were easy to draw.
I wanted to complete my picture before generating an AI version of the prompt. The problem I face is that I have no ide how to draw a horse.
I have not been upclose with a horse for several decades. I simply remember that they have four legs. I finally drew a horse. IT was too small for the wagon. Even worse, I have no idea how one attaches a horse to a wagon.
Seriously, how many of the people reading this post have attached a horse to a wagon?
Creating the AI Image
There are thousands of drawings of horses pulling wagons. Back in the day before cameras, people drew things and they drew thousands of pictures of horses.
Sadly, the Night Cafe AI was not trained to draw wagons in action. I generated 15 images. The images did stupid things. Many o the images had too many wheels on the wagon. Some had horses that weren't attached to the wagon. Others had wagons hitched together like trains.
The images were compelling but were logically wrong. In several images, they put the horses behind the wagon. In one the AI put the horses in the wagon.
This highlights the biggest problem with AI. While AI can create compelling images, AI does not know how things work.
The image at the top of the page looks nice. I believe that the horse is too close to the wagon. Here is a link to the image.
Anyway, I will finish the drawing of my wagon tomorrow. My Night Cafe Profile shows all the images I published for Inktober. I will put my drawings on Verify Your Brain.
BTW: I finished my Mandala drawing of the sun yesterday. Here is the final image:
