Do you have those nights when all you just want to do is to go to bed and close your eyes and eventually fall asleep because you have a very long day and you’re just tired and you want to get rest? I bet all of us have those moments. Then suddenly insomnia kicks in and no matter how hard you try you just can’t fall asleep. The worst thing about is the more you try the more it becomes harder for you to fall asleep.
What do you usually do when you have those nights? I have tried so many things that they say works but unfortunately, it doesn’t work on me. As silly as it is I have tried counting sheep. HAHA! Yeah, I remember reaching hundreds and then gave up because I just couldn’t sleep. I have tried watching boring movies but it just gets me frustrated. I have tried drinking milk as well before going to bed at night but it seems like it doesn’t work on me. I have tried listening to songs that help calm my mind but then it just doesn’t work sometimes as well.
Here in the Philippines, it is already 12:36 in the morning and my eyes are still wide awake. My body’s tired, I can feel it but my mind would not coordinate. So, here I am trying my luck because maybe by doing something that I love like Steeming would help me somehow calm my mind and would eventually feel sleepy. Let’s just hope!
