A little bit of me, a lot of life

My life has been one of change and indifference.

Through my whole life I have always wanted and fought to be myself instead of anyone else, being indifferent to everyone's fads and pop culture. Doing such, I have always been on the outside of the norm for people. Through school and through my working life I have always been viewed as strange or different.

Now as I sit back and look at my life I relies that there was more to in than that. I have not liked the fads or pop culture because I have seen how fast they change and the people change with them. Many of them having no true uniqueness to them, and that was unappealing to me (and still is)!

So I will wear my top hat, I will play my games, I will listen to my music, and I will enjoy what I enjoy. I do not intend to step on anyone's toes, nor do I want to ruffle feathers more than I have to. I just want to see people be themselves instead of following the crowd.

You see, people that are different, strange, or even peculiar are the ones who make changes. The ones who start movements. The ones who are remembered. Don't we all want to be remembered and not just a blip on the radar?
