If there was no darkness we should have never realized the importance of light. Hard times give us a reason to celebrate good times. Some people only exist as an example of what we can avoid doing in life, they exist so that good people can outshine.

You may love people on higher degree but keep in mind that not everyone you love is going to stay, some people will be an example of avoiding "to hurt someone whose only intentions was to make you happy".

Not everyone you trust will be loyal but from them you'll learn that loyalty is important in real relationships.

Not everyone you treat with care will respect you, not everyone you help will remember and thank you, not everyone you give advices will understand; so never give up on your intentions but remember that some people are only there as an example of what to avoid in life.

Thanks for your time reading! If you've learned something don't hesitate to let me know your #feedback.

'Even if a person hurts you, give him love. The worst punishment is to throw someone out of your heart... You should love everyone as God, and love each other. If you cannot love each other, you cannot achieve your goal.'

~ Maharaj Ji

My philosophy is

if you cannot do good to them at least do no harm.

Thank you @lukakorba, I agree with you that "The worst punishment is to throw someone out of your heart."
Not every action deserves our reaction, sometimes ignoring is the best choice.

If you 'cannot' do good to someone, ask yourself why it is that you apparently 'cannot'. In a way, not doing good to someone, especially when they're in need, simply because we 'cannot', is a sign of selfish, ego-driven actions take place.

Is ignoring someone not the equivalent of throwing them out of your heart?

Is ignoring someone not the equivalent of throwing them out of your heart?

Yeah yeah the same, actually I was highlighting what you said @lukakorba
