Everyone's life has both good and difficult moments. It seems like life is an ocean of tides against which we are powerless to fight. But we have the possibility to control the way we take the trouble. One option is to be sad and desperate, and the other is to keep our spirit, to gather strength and to keep it until the storm passes ! I hope with my positive posts i can help for this !

There is negtivity in life, but people search for positivity everywhere except within themselves. Life is real for sure, but pain is also real, now you have two choices, 1. To cry with that pain , 2. Choose not to suffer.
When we choose not to suffer, we give ourselves right to take over our life. Pain is inevitable but suffering is a choice. And this choice is the real positivity :)
