Positive mental attitude is key! You will always have a choice to feed your positive wolf or your negative one. We don't have to fight our negative thoughts though. We can identify them and then once we have identified them we can let them go! Then we can come back to our positive wolf and find that silver lining. Once we have tamed our negative thoughts we can nourish and build on our positive ones. Feed your positive wolf!
