"Any idiot can face a crisis," says Anton Chekhov, "It's day to day living that wears you out."
Not having a crisis to deal with right now, and not being particularly worn out either, it occurred to me that going through the crap of day to day living and surviving it is an achievement we need to appreciate.
After all, there was an infinite number of things that could have gone wrong, and that could have made you give up in despair.
Consider this a gentle reminder to celebrate yourself for the war that you fight every day.
