How to Enter the Instagram Explorer Page
Instagram Explorer is one of the lesser-known features of Instagram, but it’s actually super
cool and powerful. Instagram Explorer allows you to see posts and accounts that are getting
the most likes and comments on Instagram, and access that information in real time. As
someone who runs my own business, I love to know what type of content people like on
social media so I can make better decisions about how to use it to grow my audience and
my brand. Here’s how to get onto the Instagram Explorer page, as well as some tips on how
!to use it effectively
Head to your profile
Hitting explore on Instagram will bring you to a list of profiles and hashtags. Once you open
this page, swipe left or right on the options to view pages of related images. The more you
!explore, the easier it will be for you to curate your perfect feed
Open up Explore from your profile
Since its release on November 11, 2018, there have been a lot of questions about how to get
into Explore. There are some changes since then: The categories will now be divided into
groups and it's easier for you to find what you're looking for in the Explore tab. To get there,
.tap on the search bar at the top of your screen, or swipe left until you see it
Tap the three dots at the top right of your screen
You may not know it, but you can upload content that's not related to your profile by following
certain accounts. On the explore page, tap on Follow Accounts at the top left of your screen.
You'll see a list of public profiles you can follow, and be able to upload content as if it were
!coming from that account. It's a great way to find hidden gems you may have missed
Choose Report This Page
Instagram has a tool that allows users to report other people's accounts. Reporting an
account will keep it from being shown on the explorer page, and in some cases, may even
result in an account deletion. Users are alerted when someone is reported in their comments
.by an icon at the top of their post
