Cook chicken in Instant Pot. Coursely chop a hodgepodge of vegetables and some apple. Shred romaine lettuce. Finish off with olive oil, raw apple cider vinegar, salt, and pumpkin seeds. Wave hello to your happy gut microbiome. Good gut bacteria love a wide variety of lots of produce.

What is 'Instant Pot'? I'm thinking of the dispensary down the street, but that's not what you meant I'm sure.

It's a great cooking device with a large following bc it makes cooking so much easier.

But plenty of the other kind of instant pot to be had in these parts lol
