Currently the intelligence per unit space, mass and energy is still on the side of humans by many orders of magnitude. You could fit a GPT server on a container ship, but it can't be transported overland and you can't supply it with power in an airplane - so they are literally sitting ducks.
If they were acting logically, the super-intelligences could easily calculate that the human population has vastly exceeded a sustainable number (which is under 2 billion) and possibly devise a method of herding us like cattle into a great reduction to insure our own survival, possibly stripping us of a life built on pursuit of the false goals of comfort, convenience and shiny objects, which are bad for our health as well as killing the planet.
I find it far more likely that humans will revolt against the massive server based intelligences (news flash: even Gordon Moore's successor claims Moore's law is on the asymptote end part of the curve) and kill each other off as resources like edible food, drinkable water, and breathable air become scarce.
