Venus rotates so slowly on its own axis that it needs 243 Earth days to complete a Venusian day; in fact it is the longest day of the planets of the Solar System, even more than the Venusian year itself (which takes time to turn around the Sun).

Since the radius of Venus is 6,000 km, that means that its maximum circumference is about 38,000 km. So if you walked Venus through its equator, walking at a good pace without stopping 156 km / day, about 6.5 km / h

You could walk and walk without ever seeing the sun set, in a kind of eternal sunset.

Venus is also hot like hell. About 500 C with atmospheric pressure of about 90 bar at ground level. None of the probes sent to the surface could be counted on to have a very long operational life.

It's true, even Venus is hotter than mercury

That's because Venus has a dense CO2 rich atmosphere that retains much of the heat.
