You would need a lawyer to explain some TOS to you because it can be long and complicated, written in boilerplate legalese.

    Your right about needing a lawyer to explain some of these TOS. I have read a few before and you can find some outrageous stipulations in them. You have to wonder what the train of thought is when coming up with these TOS.
