- Food with soup. Soup foods such as soup and chicken or beef broth can replace body fluids lost due to diarrhea

- Foods/drinks containing probiotics
- Diet BRAT (Banana, Rice, Apple sauce, Toast)
- Food tastes bland.
Foods and Drinks to Avoid During Diarrhea:
- Greasy and fatty foods
- Dairy products
- Alcohol and caffeine
- Vegetables that contain gas
- Artificial sweeteners
- Spicy food.
