    Right, it looks like i have to make a wallet, send the money there, then send it to bitpay because they cant give me a simple address to send money to.

    Its the fees that are killing me.

    That is the nonprofit's wallet for bitcoin.
    I can get from steem to a bitpay card, the fees werent as bad as i thought they'd be, that i can tell.
    There are too many moving parts in the equation, and i havent grasped them all.

    well how can you use steem without really needing it or able to retrieve it? you need a steemit card or something or companies that use it down there. the atms or w/e
