Bulgaria is a beautiful country with rich traditions, ancient history, famous kings, great food, good people and stunning geography. I always called it Switzerland with a Riviera. Unfortunately, strangled by incompetent governments, greedy low educated elite with a high level of envy. Today's government are the son and daughters of the ex communist elite. Funny enough I left Bulgaria in 1991 and moved to the US, I guess you could be my replacement. Like the story, but a small correction about Boris Karloff ( he is not Bulgarian) There is a Boris Karlov and he was a gypsy accordion player. Keep travelling!!!
