¿Que puedo contarles para empezar a conocernos?

What can I tell you about myself so that we can start getting to know each other?

Mi nombre es Germán, nací en Argentina y aunque suene trillado, me considero un ciudadano global.
Por mi trabajo artístico, tuve la suerte de viajar bastante y de vivir en algunas ciudades que dejaron sin dudas, una huella indeleble y profunda en mi vida.
Mi idioma nativo es el Castellano, pero intentaré traducir las publicaciones también al Inglés.
Bueno, en realidad lo hará mi hermana ;)

My name is Germán, I was born in Argentina and, although it may sound trite, I consider myself a global citizen.
For my artistic work, I had the luck to travel a lot and to live in some cities that left, without doubt, an indelible and profound mark in my life.
My native language is Spanish, but I will try to translate future publications into English.
Well, actually my sister will ;)

Elegí como título de mi primera publicación en Steem, la frase de Jacques Lacan, “no se es allí donde se piensa, no se piensa allí donde se es” por que sintetiza la piedra fundamental de mi búsqueda personal, espiritual y artística.
El aquí y ahora, ese maravilloso instante presente, indecible, fuera del tiempo y manantial infinito donde residen todas las respuestas a nuestras inquietudes.

As the title of my first publication in Steem I chose the phrase of Jacques Lacan "you cannot go there where you think, you do not think where you are" because it synthesizes the cornerstone of my personal, spiritual and artistic search.
The here and now, is that wonderful space, unspeakable, out of time and infinite source where reside all the answers to our concerns.

Se que comprender la verdadera dimensión de Steem, demandará de mi parte un enorme esfuerzo y aprendizaje.
Será un largo camino seguramente y me dispongo a disfrutarlo y compartirlo con toda la comunidad.
Me atrae la idea de compartir procesos de trabajo de toda índole y pienso que indudablemente, todos los que participamos en esta creciente comunidad nos nutriremos mutuamente.

I know that understanding the true dimension of Steem will require enormous effort and learning from my part.
It will surely be a long way and I am ready to enjoy it and share it with the whole community.
I am attracted by the idea of sharing work processes of all kinds. I think that everyone who participates in the community will nourish each other.

Como -posiblemente- buena parte de ustedes, dedico mi tiempo a hacer muchas cosas.
Desde tocar la guitarra y actuar, hasta editar videos y producir musica electrónica o chill out, jugar malabarismo de contacto, el circo, jugar con el photoshop, viajar y una extensa lista de variadas pasiones e intereses.

As -possibly- a good part of you, I dedicate my time to do many things. From playing the guitar and acting, to editing videos and producing electronic or chill out music, playing contact juggling, circus, playing with Photoshop, traveling and an extensive list of varied passions and interests.

Toqué guitarra en bandas de rock, blues, reggae, funk, Brit pop y algunos estilos mas, durante alrededor de 10 años.
También me dediqué al teatro durante otra buena parte de mi vida.
Trabajé como actor y como asistente de dirección o producción en variados proyectos.
A mis 32 años aproximadamente, me enamoré del malabarismo de contacto y del Circo.
En síntesis, me entregué por completo al arte desde que era muy joven hasta el día de hoy.

I played guitar in bands of rock, blues, reggae, funk, Brit pop and some more styles for around 10 years.
I also dedicated myself to theater during another good part of my life.
I worked as an actor and as an assistant director or producer in various projects.
At about 32 years of age, I fell in love with contact juggling and circus.
In short, I gave myself completely to art since I was very young to this day.

He aquí un resumen super comprimido de algunas de las facetas de mi vida que querría compartir con ustedes.
Habrá mucho mas sin dudas.
Con el tiempo iremos conociéndonos en este espacio a donde el futuro ya llegó.
