Sometimes i crave for some food and i tink oohh this is going to cost a fortune and when the actual preparation starts and i calculate how much have spent on it.
At the end of it all am always happy it was not as expensive as i though it would be.
This feeling as inspired me to start this series on how to prepare low budget finger licking dishes.
Today' s dish is spagetti in gizzard sauce
INGRIDIENTS:
- Spagatti
- Tomatoes (4 large sizes)
3.Onions ( 1 large size)
4.pepper (4 pieces)
5.gizard (1/4 of a kilo) - Maggi (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
Preparation
Step 1: cut the spagetti into a pot of water, add some salt and boil till its cooked
Step 2: cut the pepper, tomatoes and onions into bits.
Step 3 : cut the well cooked gizzard into bits.
Step 4: fry the gizzard in a little bit of oil until it is properly fried, turn in the pepper, tomatoes and onions, add maggi and salt to taste
Step 5:pour in the cooked spagetti into the fried gizzard, tomatoes and pepper and stir fry it.
Step 6: serve as presented below.
