Hola a todos, les saluda Dan Zarate ,en este post les voy a comentar sobre nuestra bebida tradicional aquí en paraguay.. :)
El terere esta compuesto a base de yerba mate , hielo y agua .
Como preparar?
-En un recipiente llamado guampa agregamos yerba mate y una bombilla , ver en la imagen de abajo.
-En una jarra (sea de vidrio o plástico), o en un termo donde puedas conservar la temperatura, agregas hielo y agua.
También se le agrega hierbas (refrescantes o medicinales) por ejemplo Menta , u hojas de Limón o naranja (Opcional).
Estas hierbas por lo general son bien machacadas en un recipiente conocido como "mortero", ver en la imagen de abajo.
Una vez realizado esos pasos el TERERE ya estará listo.
