Get to know me - A Thriver from Borneo

I still cannot believe that it is already 2018, I remember I was just counting down to 2017 not long ago and in just a blink of an eye it's 2018. There are so many things to be grateful for in 2017 and before I start, I would like to share a little bit about myself.

My name is Jacyntha, a thriver from Borneo. I moved to KL about a year ago and I came across Steemit through a good friend of mine, Natalie. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical at first because I wasn't very familiar with how it works but I told myself that I have nothing to lose. I have always wanted to start writing again and I thought to myself, why not do it on Steemit? So here I am.

As I was saying, 2017 was a year of change for me and aside from moving to a new city, I have also been challenged mentally and physically. I will share more about my experience in my next post. Anyhow, I am still very grateful for 2017. It has taught me to be still and trust myself more. I know that 2018 will be challenging as well but I look forward what this year has installed for me!
