Introduction
Glad to meet you Steemit community,
This is my introductory post, where I will give you an overview of who I am and what you can expect me to do for you. My name is Lukas Tabrizi-Christensen. I have a masters degree in law (LL.M.) from Denmark, and have worked for the tax ministry. What is more important for the things that I want to share, is that I have been interested in and practiced health and fitness my whole life. Furthermore, I have always been reading books on most subjects, such as philosophy, psychology, biology, nutrition, training and more - hence the name 'General Guidelines' for my services. I will begin with teaching strength, fitness and health as a foundation for creativity. Here, you can see a video, where I introduce my fitness journey and speak about my progress throughout the years:

From this foundation of knowledge and experience, I want to share the best and most individualised methods that you can use to reach your goals and enlighten you.
Why you should learn from me
In most cases, it is best to find a quality teacher with a lot of knowledge and years of experience that can help you understand the bigger picture and the basics - if you want to achieve something in less time. I have both the knowledge and the experience required to take you to your next level and possibly beyond, as I have been studying and practicing, what I preach for a long time. I have been trying both ends of the extremes; doing too much and doing too little (of the essential) and even those combinations with insufficient and sufficient knowledge. It is safe to say that I know most areas of methodological failure. If you don't want to go through a century of trial and error - walking through the fire - or if you don't have the time for it, as our modern world has become specialised to earn money, then I suggest that you find a great teacher that can teach you, how to obtain what you want, in the most effective way possible and in a short period of time, which will allow you to specialise more on another subject.
Guided experimentation
I want to teach health, strength, aesthetics and creativity in the first get go and I do this by 'teaching you how to fish', meaning, that you learn the basics, the bigger picture and how to improve things according to your individuality. Each of us have unique pasts, presents and futures (also in relation to health and fitness) and therefore we must be willing to experiment to a certain degree, but within reasonable general guidelines. I coin the total process guided experimentation, which each of us must go through, to reach the goal that we might have. In this case, I teach you how to reach a strong, healthy and aesthetic body, as mentioned before. I have already prepared an awesome and very informative book upon the entire subject (going into depth with philosophy, psychology, methodology, health, food, diet, exercise structure and exercise principles) for those of you who want to learn everything in one go. The book will be released on my website, when enough people have become interested in learning how to achieve health and strength, which will not only lead to a greater body, but also higher potential for creativity (more energy and better physical performance and confidence gained from the process and successes). In the future, I might teach you something about all the other subjects that I know of, but health and the body is the foundation for life, so why not start with the essential?
