Hi! My name is Jakup and I am from The Faroe Islands.
I was first introduced to Bitcoin in 2014 by a guy I met at the Rio de Janeiro airport on my way home.
I was fascinated right away by the technology and potencial it could have, but it was really hard to get Bitcoins those days, as there were not so many exchanges and easy access to the Bitcoin.
It was not until April 2017 that I finally bought some bitcoins at around 1750 USD per Bitcoin.
Then my mind opened up for a whole new world of cryptocurrencies and alot of very interresting blockchain projects......I was hooked on this new tech. And now I found this amazing community Steemit!
