Reasons for low self esteem.

Growing up a child seeks approval from parents, friends, family and teachers. Actually any adult that pays enough attention to them. When children fail to get approval they usually vent out and try harder. If this fails they blame it on themselves. This develops as they grow older become teenagers seeking approval to be accepted to be loved. 

Parents, teachers, family, lectures you are mostly the main reason why children turn out in certain ways. Low self esteem  is not born with a person it is created by their environment. Take time to weigh your words before you deliver them look at the persons emotional state. Take time to look at the people around see how they react to certain situation if you can take a personality test with them so that you don't just assume but actually get facts straight.  Companies need to include personality tests as part of recruiting requirements because this is the only way you can truly know someone if you are meeting them for the first time. This is a great investment for any company because personality tests pick up elements that you might not pick up on a Resume, CV or police record.  

Parents chose wisely who you let raise your children because they are a major role player in the child's life this is the stage a child's character is built. If need be quit your job and raise your own children it is a good foundation for a better future for your children. People react differently to certain situation find someone with a character you trust and also l think its best to give your babysitter or children's caretaker a personality test as they are some things you can never pick up in an interview.
