Holla at a slow learning cause i could really use a lil help please and thank you

Hey everyone, I hope your all having a lovely life and feeling happy and thankful.
As you all might have noticed or guessed that I'm a lil new to the steemit community, but not only that I'm also a little slow when it comes to using technology today. Its kind of silly because I remember a time when I was in school and being hip to the technology advancements but since then its like the technology world has moved on and tried to leave lil ol me behind, and this is where you lovely people come in :)

So my goal is to pretty much just show love and create a trending topic of human unity for the human family, its kinda like a self proclaimed job I put myself in, but I think it works... the problem I'm having is I still don't really know how to use this site/plateform, and I don't know if I'm looking in the wrong places but I don't see any thing on here that shows tips on how to add content like video or pictures, other then having the source file and copy and pasting it in here some how, I can see below this lovely rectangle I'm writing within it says insert images by dragging and dropping, pasting from a clipboard or by selecting them... and I think I did this with no effect or positive result, and I'm just wondering if you can't import things from fb, I saw someone giving me advice on how to up load pics or videos from ig, however that is also pretty confusing to me, I stopped using it for a bit and really need to create a new ig space or page or what you call in to promote my new love for inspiring human unity, and some of the pics I have on there do not relate to this current unity account I have created here.

So please if any of you wonderful people can please drop some basic info and easy to follow steps for someone that knows they are technologically slow at times it would be very helpful to me. Also I have created videos of fb I wanted to share on this steemit site, and noticed I can share my blogs to my fb but can we do it reverse from fb to steemit is a similar and just as easy fashion?
