I wasn't able to notice the problem right away, that's why I wasn't able to delete the post in time. So I just edited the post with an "ignore post" and an "ignore" tag.

Hi @andohyara! Our team’s policy is to not reply from the @tagalong account but you’ve genuinely made an effort so I don’t mind hopping over to say don’t sweat it, friend. The first tag gets locked to a post– something to remember for the future. Not everyone knows that, but if we mark a post with this position and someone makes an effort or knows they can’t change it and alerts us, it shows initiative at making amends and so we’ll usually drop the action.
