I use a Huion H610 (10*6.25"), costs around 60$. I'm using it for how cheap it is. If I had more money to spend, I'd definitely get a Wacom. Still, the most important aspect of a tablet (well, for me anyway) is it's surface area to avoid repetitive stress injury if you're gonna use it intensively like 4+ hours in one sitting. For it's price, it's definitely a bargain.
I'd definitely recommend if you're on a budget, but if you can afford say a Wacom intuos or even a cintiq, I'd use that instead.
