Hi all Steemians!

At last I realised that I did not post a self-introduction in my first post, so here it is.

I am Yean Chern, you can call my nickname Auleo. I'm from Kuala Lumpur and currently working as semiconductor equipment engineer in Singapore. 

I have a wide rande of hobbies - travelling, reading, blogging , cycling , hunting for good food & recently have a new hobby-  numismatic coin collection. 

I love travelling since I backpacked to Indo-China peninsula (Cambodia, Vietnam & Thailand) with my coursemates as my Uni graduation trip in year 2006. We went together to countries that less people travelled to back then eg Philippines & Laos. I am kinda proud of myself being fortunate enough to have travelled to all states of Malaysia , large part of Asean countries (Left with Brunei, Myanmar & Timor-Leste) & large part of East Asia (China, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong & Macau)

And I picked up another hobby after backpacking- blogging , because I find it easier to share my backpack stories with lots more people repeatedly and at the same time, serves as some sort of memory for the travel.

Later I found it pretty messy to search tru my travel blog, then I created more sub-blogs which focus to 1 topic:

But lately I found it's not encouraging to repost my old blog posts into steemit as the robot cheetah will come after me (is that so? any sifu can verify this?)

 How I Met Steemit?

Bitcoin is a super hot topic nowaday, while I was researching what is Bitcoin , cryptocurrencies , Block-chain & Fintech about, a friend of mine shared some cryptocurrencies introduction materials with me, there I get to know one of the blockchains that aims to replace FB, Twitter , Instagram etc social media called Steemit. It combines both my interest of blogging and financial investment, so I think why not just try and see if I could learn something from Steemit ?

Lucky enough when I search tru tag -"Malaysia" , I found tag teammalaysia & a lot of Malaysian sifus whom are very knowledgeble and helpful in Steemit ,made me felt some sense of togetherness as Malaysian in cyberspace in this tiny red dot country.
