Greetings to the people of steemit.

Hello everyone, my name is Billy and as my username suggests, yes I am a chef. :D

I taught of letting everyone over here know a little bit about me so here’s a brief introduction about myself, I have a bachelor’s degree in culinary arts and at the moment I am working in a hotel in my hometown. I have been a foodie since I was at a very young age and I have great skills in cooking and baking however I would not claim myself as an expert because I do not have vast professional experience and formal training in kitchen operations but I am very proud of my achievements. Anyway, please feel free to ask me any question which you may have about cooking, baking or just food in general, I would be happy to answer them.

Apart from food, I also love books. I have read many books and still try to keep up on my reading every day but as I pursue more on making a successful career, sad to say I have been falling back on my reading but still I always find a way to juggle a good read in before the end of the day. I read both non-fiction and fiction and my list of favorite books are Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand, The Art of War by Sun Tzu, Business Adventures by John Brooks and Life Is What You Make It: Find Your Own Path to Fulfillment by Peter Buffett. Guys, please let me know if there is a book club over here on steemit.

I found out about steemit when I saw a post at cyrptocoinsnews : https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/blockchain-steemit-1-3-million/. And immediately saw an opportunity to share my interest regarding the cryptocurrency world and the “food world” using this innovative website. I think steemit is the best decentralized social media platform anybody could think off and hope the very best for it. Steemit is going to knock many blogger’s socks off when they learn that they can make a little side income by blogging and sharing their interest over here and frankly I am very much thrilled too. Gone are the day’s of reddit if you ask me.
