Bio-hacking is basically using a systems based approach along with biology and a lot of self-experimentation to enhance your mind, body, and spirit. It's understanding everything we put into our body, whether it be food, or music, etc.. has a direct effect on our mood and productivity. In order to be the best version of ourselves the journey is finding out the best things to put in, and what to leave out of our bodies to optimize our daily lives. Of course everyone is different, but I look to forward to blogging about some routines that are more universal and have yielded documented success. Sleep and sleep habits is a big one to me and will be my first bio-hacking blog.

I think what we put into our minds has got to be top with me. Our thoughts have as much control over how our bodies function etc, as any single factor, I believe. That's a cool term. I hadn't heard it before. I guess, in a sense, I'm a bio hacker as well! Steem on!
